Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the buyer's purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, buyer must provide receipt or proof of purchase with unused stencil and in the same condition that buyer received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds (if applicable)
Once buyer's return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the buyer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the buyer is approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer's credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the buyer hasn’t received a refund yet, please check bank account again.
Then contact buyer's credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
Next contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: PO BOX 5201 Charlotte, NC 28299.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the buyer, the buyer will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to individual later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about the buyer' return.

Buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning item/items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If buyer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from buyer's refund.
Depending on buyer's address, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach buyer's location, may vary.
If the buyer is shipping an item/items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
